European frame of reference
COMMON EUROPEAN FRAME OF REFERENCE
The European frame of reference encompasses the respective language skills in a consistent scale of six levels: A1 - A2- B1- B2 - C1- C2. These levels describe language competence from elementary knowledge (A1) to very advanced language skills that are almost equal to those of a native speaker (C2).
